RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your DelfiCase item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.
At DelfiCase we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.
Please note: The best way to guarantee a refund is to keep your item in like-new and sellable condition.
What items are returnable?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment In unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Sale items, Free gifts, promotional items and customized items.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no fees to start a return process. However shipping charges which is £10 are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges on orders which we shipped using free shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
WARRANTY POLICY
DelfiCase warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase.
Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the DelfiCase Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.
As DelfiCase, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We are aware of the fact that we have almost 7/24 leather goods in your hand and are in constant movement in your pocket or bag. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your DelfiCase products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.
